Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: what you send us through the inquiry form, and what our servers record automatically when a page is requested.

Inquiry Form Data

When you submit the inquiry form we store the following, exactly as you provided it:

• Full name
• Work email address
• Organization
• Inquiry type
• Your message
• Job title, organization website, country or region and preferred meeting time, if you supply them
• Whether you consented to us processing the inquiry, and separately whether you consented to marketing email
• The page the form was submitted from, and the date and time of submission

What We Do Not Collect

The inquiry form does not ask for, and we do not want, dates of birth, identity documents, payment details, government identifiers, health information, passwords or API keys. Please do not include them in your message.

We do not store the network address you submitted from. It is held in memory only for the length of the rate-limiting window and is then discarded.

Server Logs

Our inquiry service writes application logs for operational purposes. Those logs record the inquiry identifier, the inquiry type and the outcome. They do not contain the body of your message, and your email address appears only as an irreversible hash.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people read and which links they follow. It is switched off until you agree to it. Until then no analytics script is loaded, no analytics cookie is set, and nothing is sent to Google.

If you agree, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to recognise repeat visits. Your IP address is truncated before it is stored, Google Signals is disabled, and we do not enable advertising personalisation. Google processes this data on our behalf and may transfer it outside your country.

We record which pages are viewed, which links and buttons are used, and whether an inquiry was started and sent. We never send the contents of the inquiry form: not your message, your name, your email address or your organisation.

You can change your mind at any time using the button below. Declining, or withdrawing after agreeing, leaves the site fully usable.

How We Use Your Information

We use inquiry information to respond to your inquiry and to have the resulting conversation with you. We use it for marketing email only if you gave that separate consent. We do not sell it.

Third-Party Processors

Inquiry notifications are delivered by email and, where configured, to our internal Microsoft Teams workspace through Microsoft Power Automate; those providers process the notification message, which includes what you wrote. Our database is hosted by a cloud provider, which stores the inquiries described above. If you have agreed to analytics, Google processes the usage data described above. We do not share inquiry data with anyone else.

How Long We Keep It

We keep inquiries for 730 days from the date we receive them, after which they are deleted. Each stored inquiry carries its own deletion date, set when we receive it, so a later change to this period does not extend the retention of information already collected.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The inquiry endpoint validates and sanitises every submission, limits how often it can be called, and restricts which origins may call it. Message bodies are kept out of application logs.

Your Requests

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it before the retention period ends. Use the inquiry form and select General Inquiry, or write to the mailing address on the Contact page.

Children

This website is intended for business use. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to what we collect or how long we keep it will be made before the change takes effect, not after.
